Be Personal
This is not something that you ‘have to do’. However, it’s something that works well. It helps you connect better with your audience.
Think about it. People can get their information on a certain topic from a multitude of sources. What makes you different is your personal experience and your unique personality.
It is a good idea to let people know more about who you are. Don’t be afraid to share your story. How you started your journey, what were your struggles, how you got over them and found the solution to succeed.
If you’re comfortable doing this, you can even start your email sequence with this. Do this either in the first message or in one of the first ones.
However, don’t forget to tie this into what’s in it for your audience. Help people identify with you and understand how you can help them achieve their goals.
